You are nothing less than magnificent. If you do not believe that, it is time to change the story you are telling yourself.

Dreams are simply flowers in our heart that have not yet bloomed.

One cannot see the beauty of their life, without first seeing the beauty of the moment.

To play is to give physical form to the joy you feel in your heart.

Take time to connect with others and the world around you. It is one of the best investments you can make!

Success is not measured in $, the car you drive or the number of followers you have. True success is measured by the peace in your soul.

The greatest gifts are those that have little monetary value. Our time. Our love. Our thoughtfulness. Give someone a gift today.

Be. cause.  Turn your excuses into action and watch the magic of your life blossom!

Do not curse the low points in life. We must often traverse the valley to reach the next summit.

If you have trouble identifying your passions, pay attention to what makes you smile.

To deny one’s intuition is to deny one’s intended future.

If you really need a miracle in your life . . . take a breath.  If you can see the miracle in that, then you will begin to see miracles all around you.

A heart filled with love cannot be contained in the body.

Balance and grounding are not found in how firmly your feet are planted, but rather how true your heart and intentions are.

Some of the most inspired ideas are born out of desperation. Do not fear what initially appears to be darkness.

How is it that we are typically more eager to doubt our abilities and infinite potential than trust and acknowledge their magnificence?

Life becomes exponential in moments of spontaneity.

Perhaps it is only the heart that is attached to nothing, that is truly able to give everything.

Speak the truth that is your soul and life will never let you down.

A heart aligned is a heart alight.
